Once an order has been placed, you cannot request for a refund unless you contact us regarding an accidental payment or cancellation within 24 hours since the time of the transaction.
Refunds (if applicable)
If you have submitted for a refund, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You may request for a cancellation within 24 hours after the transaction has been made. If there are special reasons as per cancellation post 24 hours after time of the transaction, you can mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to accommodate for you (This does not guarantee a refund).
